TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe sump pump offers 3 layers of protection. A primary pump, secondary pump and a battery backup in case of power outages. This system will keep this floor dry all year long without the issue of underperforming.
Drainage System Installed
Under the fresh concrete is a trench we made for our WaterGuard interior drainage system to sit in. The water will seep down into this subfloor system and will be channeled to the TripleSafe to be discharged. These two systems work very well together and we always suggest having a reliable drainage and sump pump system like ours!
CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier
Our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier was lined up on the interior of these walls to ensure that no moisture will pass through. This greatly reduces the chances of mold growth and musty odors. This barrier will also help direct the wall seepage down into the drainage system as well!
