Sump Pump, Vapor Barrier and Drainage System!
Below the fresh concrete is our WaterGuard system that runs along the whole perimeter floor of this basement to collect the wall seepage. On the wall, our CleanSpace will prevent moisture from seeping to keep the humidity levels at a controlled state. Lastly, our TripleSafe sump pump was perfectly integrated to the WaterGuard so it can pump out all of the collected water.

TrenchDrain System
We also included TrenchDrains to protect any basement appliances from water damage. These connect with the full perimeter WaterGuard system we installed; So any water being collected here will also be pumped out.
IceGuard
Outside, we installed an IceGuard right where the discharge exits the house. This is designed to allow water to escape the pipe in case it gets clogged or freezes at any time. This will prevent water being backed up into the basement.
