Sump Pump Upgrade
Our TripleSafe sump pump comes with a primary, secondary and battery backup pump which helps keeps basements dry during high volumes of rain and power outages. In the back, you can see our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier we also installed for this basement. This will keep the humidity down and improve the air quality.
CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier and WaterGuard Drainage System
Under the fresh concrete is our WaterGuard interior drainage system. This collects the wall seepage and channels it to the sump pump.
