This basement in Cambridge, MA was having trouble staying dry during the severe rain storms. The floor would always be covered in water seepage, making this homeowner believe that he needs a new sump pump system. After calling us for help, we were able to completely upgrade his waterproofing system by replacing his sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump and integrating that with a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage channel.

The Customer's Old Sump Pump

This sump pump was installed by a previous company and they weren't able to properly maintain this system. This ultimately caused this sump pump to perform poorly.

Our TripleSafe sump pump is the perfect upgrade from any sump pump. This comes with a primary, secondary and battery backup pump to keep this basement floor dry!

WaterGuard Channel

Our WaterGuard sits inside the perimeter of this basement floor to collect the wall seepage. You can see from this view the amount of space our system creates between the wall to ensure the water gets collected.

Discharge Line

Our discharge line comes with some key features. Right where it comes out of the house, we installed IceGuards to provide an escape passage for water in case the line clogs or freezes. Then our team installed a LawnScape outlet at the end of this discharge line to ensure the water gets dispersed evenly.
