Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Upgraded Waterproofing System in Cambridge, MA

This customer recently purchases this home that had a long history of basement water. The previous waterproofing company didn't properly install their sump pump which caused a wet floor entirely. Our solution was a major upgrade to this basement after we installed two TripleSafe sump pumps to discharge the water with the help of our full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage channel to collect the seepage.

The Old Sump Pump System

The previous company didn't install this system properly. It was pitched awkwardly, it wouldn't turn on at times and it hadn't been cleaned out in years.

We installed 2 TripleSafe sump pumps because this basement was bigger than most. We wanted to ensure every square foot of this area remained dry.

Our second TripleSafe sump pump was installed in the opposite corner. Our 2-pump systems come with a primary pump, secondary pump and a battery backup one to provide the best protection against heavy rainfalls and power outages.

TrenchDrain Installed

Our TrenchDrain was installed in this area to help collect the water seeping through this doorway.
