This homeowner in Provincetown, MA was faced with water coming into his unfinished basement. We put a halt to this issue after installing a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system to intercept the water before it reaches the floor and a TripleSafe sump pump to discharge the water out. In addition, we placed CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier onto the interior walls. This will prevent the moisture from the outside environment from seeping in, which lowers the humidity levels! Now, this basement is dry with quality air to breathe in!

TrenchDrain Integrated with WaterGuard System

The grated drain is our TrenchDrain system which is made to prevent surface water from puddling up near these important home appliances. This integrates with our WaterGuard system that goes around the perimeter of this basement floor.

CleanSpace Wall

Pipes won't stop us from keeping these damp walls sealed up! Now, any water that seeps through these walls will dribble down into the WaterGuard drainage system. This will also prevent outside moisture from seeping in.

Basement Corner

This corner in the basement really needed a vapor barrier. We made sure to cover the damp walls with ease!
