TripleSafe Sump Pump Install
Next to this boiler, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump, equipped with 3 high-powered pumps, one of them being a backup pump to engage if the power were to go out! This is the most reliable sump pump on the market, since standard ones from stores only come with one pump.
WaterGuard Drainage Channel
Under the fresh concrete lies our WaterGuard interior drainage system. It creates a gap between itself and the wall to collect the water seepage, and will then direct it to the TripleSafe sump pump to be discharged far and away from this basement!
IceGuards
Our IceGuards were installed outside to allow water to escape the discharge line in an event that it freezes during cold temperatures or somehow get clogged up. These holes will help prevent any water getting backed up into this basement!
