TripleSafe Sump Pump System
This TripleSafe sump pump was installed in this corner of the basement. With 3 pumps, one of them being a backup for power outages, this basement will have no problems staying dry all year long!
CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier and WaterGuard
The interior walls were covered by CleanSpace wall vapor barrier because moisture was getting into this basement from the outside. In addition, if water seeps through these walls, it'll direct the seepage down into the WaterGuard drainage channel installed along the whole inside perimeter. Having a proper drainage system like ours will save the basement floor from getting wet!
