Our TripleSafe Sump Pump is in charge of discharging any collected water seepage. The SaniDry Sedona right next to it will lower the humidity and decrease the chances of mold growth.
CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier and WaterGuard System
Running along the inside perimeter, under the fresh concrete is our WaterGuard interior drainage system. This will collect water seepage and channel it towards the sump pump to be pumped out! The interior walls were covered with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to protect this basement from humidity and mold growth!
TrenchDrain
Our TrenchDrain at this doorway will prevent any surface water build up! This is key for keeping this floor dry!
