Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Moisture and Water Dilemma Solved in Natick, MA

Water and moisture were not holding back when intruding into this Natick, MA basement. The basement became a very damp and cold area leaving the homeowner in disarray. To fight off against the constant forces of these two, we installed CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system.

The Old System

This homeowner's sump pump getting old and wasn't providing enough pumping power to take care of the heavy rains. Time to replace it!

New Sump Pump Installed

Here, our TripleSafe sump pump system was installed to provide more pumping power, along with a backup pump in case of power outages. Next to the system is our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This will push out dry air to combat the humid air.

CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier

To prevent any outside moisture from harming this basement, we covered the interior walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier.

Discharge Line!

Here is out discharge line that will direct the water far and away from this basement! Attached to it near the house is our IceGuard to give water an escape outlet in case the discharge line clogs or freezes up.
