A homeowner in Newport, RI made a call to our appointment center in regards of his wet basement. His basement was actually more than wet, it was flooded! He didn't own a sump pump to discharge any water out of his basement, so the risk of the flood happening was almost definite. So our system design specialist was sent out to assess the problem and draw up a solution. After the assessment, a production crew arrived to install the solution that was concluded. The installment was a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system that will collect and channel water to the sump pump. The sump pump we installed was the TripleSafe sump system. For the interior walls, we placed CleanSpace wall vapor barrier system to make sure this basement doesn't get humid.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
In addition to help fight off humidity, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to push out dry air. By decreasing the humidity, the chances of mold growth decrease as well!
IceGuards
Sometimes the discharge line can freeze during the cold temperatures. But with our IceGuard, water will still have an escape route in an event that the discharge line freezes or clogs up. This will avoid any water getting backed up into the basement!
