Sump Pump and Dehumidifier
Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed in this wet corner to make sure the water gets pumped out. Also, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to push out dry air, reducing the humidity in this damp basement.
CleanSpace and WaterGuard
On the interior walls, our CleanSpace was latched on to prevent outside moisture of water vapor from getting in this basement. Under the fresh concrete, we installed our sub-floor interior drainage system, the WaterGuard to collect and intercept water seepage.

We made sure to cover every inch of the interior walls, we are able to work around obstacles too such as window!
