Sump Pump Installed
In the corner, we found this was the lowest spot on the floor, hence that's why our TripleSafe sump pump was installed here! Our system is designed with 3, high-powered pumps to provide the ultimate protection your basement needs during rainstorms and power outages. In addition, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier was placed on the interior walls to stop any outside water vapor from causing harm.

To keep the appliances dry and safe, we placed TrenchDrains around them to prevent water from disrupting them. This connects to the WaterGuard interior drainage system we installed that ran inside the whole perimeter. Our drainage system is made so that water seepage doesn't touch the floor.
