Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Standing Water on Basement Floor in Newport, RI
Standing water was a major issue for this basement located in Newport, RI. The issue at hand caused the paint on the walls to peel off, mold was growing onto the walls as the basement was slowly becoming a disaster. The homeowner decided to come to us for help, and we didn't disappoint.
Following the plan one of our inspectors put together, the production team installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system, a TrenchDrain and a TripleSafe sump pump to deal with the standing water.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System Installed
This TripleSafe sump pump will continuously discharge water out of the basement to make sure the area is dry.
TrenchDrain
In the doorway, we installed a TrenchDrain to capture the water trying to pass through the entrance way point.
IceGuard Installed
An IceGuard was installed to help prevent the discharge line from getting clogged up if the freezing temperatures cause the line to freeze or get clogged.
