There was water constantly seeping through the floor cracks, causing water to sit around, creating a damp environment. No basement should feel damp or cold, since this is the kind of environment that mold thrives off of. To avoid mold growth, we installed a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system that will collect and channel water towards a TripleSafe sump pump to pump the water out! These two systems work perfectly together to make sure the basement stays dry during heavy storms and power outages. The CleanSpace was an additional installation to prevent moisture from getting through the foundation walls!
