The customer made note that he was receiving water from his basement window. The best solution we provided was to cover the window well using our SunHouse enclosure system. While protecting the window from wind, insects and water, natural light is being reflected back into the basement!

There was a wall crack that was allowing water to seep through. Our FlexiSpan wall crack repair system was done on this intrusion point, as the crew covered the polyurethane sealant with a piece of CleanSpace vapor barrier.
