Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Crack Fix with Flexi in Quincy, Ma

The tenant and owner of this condo was very concerned about a water leak in a living area. They reached out to DryZone to help solve the problem. There was a crack in the foundation of the basement that was allowing small amounts of water in. Our foreman Nick was scheduled to install a FlexiSpan System. The crack repair system is permanant and includes a flexible sealant and a foam material sealant thats tucked into our drain system which allows any leaks to drain properly out of the basement.
