This is our TripleSafe sump pump that comes with a primary pump, secondary pump and a battery backup pump. Triple the sump pumps, triple the protection!
TrenchDrain System
We installed a TrenchDrain at the doorway of the bulkhead to avoid surface water build up in this area.
Basement Window Protection
Basement windows tend to leak in water from the harsh weather. Our SunHouse enclosure system creates a barrier that can stop water, weeds or insects from entering. As a bonus, the shape of the system also reflects natural light back into the basement!
IceGuard Installed
We install our IceGuards right where the discharge line pops out the house to give the water a way to leave the pipes if the temperatures caused everything to freeze up!
Drainage System Inside the Perimeter
Under the fresh concrete is our WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect wall and floor seepage. This will then channel the water to the TripleSafe where it will be discharged.
