Sump Pump!
This is our TripleSafe sump pump that comes with a primary pump, secondary pump and a battery backup pump (UltraSump) for if there ever was a power outage.
Stairway Drain
The bottom of these bulkhead stairs can build up surface water easily, so installing a TrenchDrain that connects to the perimeter drainage system will decrease the chances of that happening!
IceGuards
We installed two IceGuards that attach to the discharge line. These holes you see make the IceGuards unique, allowing water to escape the pipe if the outside temperature is freezing.
