When we got a call from a homeowner in Narragansett, RI, we were informed that they wanted a whole waterproofing system for the basement. There was no existing system installed before us, so we made sure to make their first installation the best! We lined up the whole area with CleanSpace vapor barrier, added a TripleSafe sump pump and two IceGuards for the discharge line.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

This sump pump comes with a primary pump, secondary pump and battery backup pump for power shortages!

Vapor Barrier For Bulkhead Stairs

This area felt very damp and moist, to solve it we covered everything with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture out.

Crawlspace Sump Pump

The crawlspace was encapsulated with CleanSpace and then we added a SmartSump sump pump that is specifically designed for crawlspaces.

IceGuards Attachments

We installed two IceGuards into the discharge line to give water a way to leave the pipe if it freezes up.
