Making The Sump Pit
We worked on making a bigger and better sump pit than the original one, the bigger pit is able to fit our TripleSafe sump pump.
TripleSafe, WaterGuard and CleanSpace!
Here, we lined the walls up with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through. The TripeSafe sump pump is our reliable pumping system to discharge water and the WaterGuard sits inside the perimeter to collect floor and wall seepage.
Dehumidifier In Action
Lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to get rid of water vapor and dry up the air!
IceGuard Protection
Our IceGuards are designed to prevent water from backing up in the discharge pipe, since they have holes that will allow water to escape if the freezing temperature becomes too much.
