A customer in Marshfield, MA wanted to waterproof his unfinished basement he has had for 40 years. During all that time, he hasn't owned a sump pump or French drain, so he would constantly get water seeping in. We made sure that his basement stays dry by installing our TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier and WaterGuard interior drainage system. These products work well to keep moisture and water out!

TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation

The TripleSafe sump pump was installed in the lowest corner of the basement. Coming with 2 sumps that pump up to 6,200 gallons of water out per hour plus a battery backup pump, this is the most proficient solution to get rid of basement water!

Dehumidifier

The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier gets rid of the water vapor in the air, helping reduce humidity and moisture.

TrenchDrain At Doorway

This spot at the doorway was allowing lots of water through because there were some large gaps. We put a TrenchDrain right at the entrance as it connects with our WaterGuard interior drainage system. Now, water will be drained so there won't be any puddles anymore.

Lawnscape Outlet

Attached to our discharge line outside, the lawnscape outlet allows water to disperse evenly at the end of the pipe.
