I wanted to get it waterproofed so he can finish the downstairs, so our inspector evaluated the situation and had a production team install a TripleSafe sump pump and a WaterGuard interior drainage system!

Moisture Issue Solved

We installed both our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate the moisture and a TripleSafe sump pump to discharge water being collected.

Our WaterGuard was build inside the perimeter to intercept and move water towards the sump pump.
