A customer in Norwell, MA made a call to our appointment center saying that his finished basement was getting some ground water. It was coming up and through his vinyl floor. To make sure his finished basement doesn't get ruined by water, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump to discharge the ground water out of the basement and hooked up a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to prevent moisture from entering.

Our TripleSafe sump pump was placed in the spot most of the ground water was flowing towards. This will help avoid floods and structural damage!

Up And Out!

Our discharge line is able to work with the structure of the room! It is important to position the discharge lines correctly so that water will flow out without any issues.

Dehumidifier!

Lastly, one of our technicians plugged in our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to prevent moisture from entering the basement! Moisture can be annoying to deal with as it can cause mold growth or strange odors.
