Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing In Waban, MA

A homeowner from Waban, MA wanted to waterproof his unfinished basement. He wanted to add carpets and furniture but the water coming in would just ruin everything. We sent over one of our inspectors to formulate a plan that would keep his basement dry from the outside environment. We ended up installing a WaterGuard interior drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump and TrenchDrains to make sure water gets collected and sent far away from the basement!

Sump Pump Installed

We made a sump pit for the TripleSafe sump pump to be in as we connected it to the WaterGuard interior drainage system that surrounds the inside perimeter. This is our reliable sump pump that can discharge water at an efficient rate.

Corner Inspection Port

We installed several inspection ports in the WaterGuard because it will ensure we can do a scheduled maintenance appointment to keep the drainage system clean and functioning.

TrenchDrains Keeping Boiler Dry

Although the boiler is raised off the ground, we wanted to keep it dry as possible by installing TrenchDrains around it. The TrenchDrains are connected with the WaterGuard for better drainage.
