This unfinished basement In Quincy, MA had several cracks in his foundation that was allowing water to get through. He lives near the beach, so it is inevitable that water would surround his house. He was looking for a waterproofing system for his basement, so we provided our TripleSafe sump pump to discharge any water getting in, along with our WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect and direct any seepage. These two products will make sure no water builds up in his basement so that he won't experience floods.

The Old Sump Pump

This was the homeowner's old sump pump that wasn't working as good as he wanted to. It was an old Zoller pump that wouldn't turn on at times.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

We installed the TripleSafe sump pump at a spot below floor level, we also attached an UltraSump backup battery system to activate incase there was a power outage.

Interior Drainage

The WaterGuard system was placed inside the perimeter, where it creates a small gap between itself and the wall to collect the water seeping through the wall cracks. This is one of the best drainage systems because it is sub-level and is non-clogging.
