In response, we had an inspector visit the home and came up with a plan to install a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard interior drainage system and TrenchDrains. After the installation was complete, the homeowner had a complete waterproofing system that can drain and discharge the water he was getting!
Sump Pump
In addition to the homeowner's existing sump pump, we added a second one of our own, the TripleSafe sump pump to provide triple the protection.
Keeping The Boiler Dry
We placed TrenchDrains around the boiler to intercept water that's trying to get to it.
Sub-Level Drainage System
Our sub-level interior drainage system, the WaterGuard, was installed inside the perimeter to collect wall seepage and send it towards the sump pumps.
