We encapsulated a huge portion of the crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture out. Moisture can cause humidity, mold growth and strange odors.

We installed the SmartSump which is our sump pump that is specifically designed for crawlspaces! This will send the water out of the basement!

IceGuard Outside

As part of the discharge line, we placed an IceGuard to allow water to leave the discharge line in case it freezes during cold temperatures. If there were no IceGuards, the homeowner runs the risk of water getting backed up into the basement.
