We got a call from a homeowner in Brockton, MA about his unfinished basement. He wanted to keep it dry from the water he was receiving as it was leaking through his foundation. To help him out, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard interior drainage system and applied CleanSpace wall vapor barrier onto the foundation walls.

Before The Installation

This is what his basement looked like before we came to the rescue. The walls look damaged and it was very humid down there.

A Cleaner Look

With our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier installed, the walls look brighter and are well protected from moisture and mold. The fresh concrete is our WaterGuard interior drainage system that collects wall seepage to drain towards the TripleSafe sump pump.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump

Pretty much the heart of the waterproofing system. This TripleSafe will ensure that the unwanted water gets discharged during heavy rainstorms and power outages due to the backup electrical pump.
