TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe sump pump has a primary pump, a secondary pump incase the primary fails and a backup battery to discharge water during a power outage!
Application of CleanSpace
We lined up the basement walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier. This will give the homeowner's basement protection from mold, rot and moisture from entering!
Discharge Line
Outside, we carefully placed the discharge line that is connected to the sump pump. In addition, we placed IceGuards where the pipe starts so water can escape even if the pipe lines are frozen.
TrenchDrain
To add extra protection from water coming in, we installed a TrenchDrain right at the doorway. This is connected to our whole WaterGuard interior drainage system that collects seepage from the walls.
