This basement in Narragansett, RI would leak after every heavy rain. The owners had installed a DYI sump pump but without any type of perimeter drainage system, the water never made it to the system that was in one corner of the basement. Our inspector recommended updating their setup with a new SuperSump Plus system and installing our WaterGuard drain to collect that seeping water, this way the water will be caught and brought to the sump for easy removal!
