Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Cracks Fixed to Finish this Bridgewater, MA Basement

This Bridgewater, MA basement had some wall cracks and water seepage, not the most ideal situation for the homeowners that were planning on finishing the space. Our suggested fix was to use our FlexiSpan to seal the cracks and create a channel if there was any leakage to a drain system, our WaterGuard. The drain collects any water that seeps in and brings it to a sump pump system to be removed.

Wall Crack

The FlexiSpan system fills the crack with a polyurethane sealant that is durable and flexible.

Levels of Protection

On top of the sealant, a channel is added in case the crack does leak and then CleanSpace can be added on top of all that. We recommend CleanSpace over the cracks especially for those that plan on finishing to reduce any moisture behind the wall.

Sump of Removal

Any water collected will end up in the sump pump that will send it out and away from the home.
