Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: New Basement in Old Cranston, RI Home
The basement in this 100-year-old house in Cranston, RI was in need of some attention, every time it rained the basement would leak! There were cracks all over the floor and seepage at the seams, a new poured concrete floor was definitely in order. Before the floor could be added, a complete system was installed with a full perimeter of WaterGuard, CleanSpace vapor barrier, Rim Joist insulation, and a TripleSafe sump pump system. Once everything was set in place, the new floor could be poured and lock the systems in place!
Prepping the Space
After the old floor was removed, our crew prepared to install the drainage and sump system.
Perimeter is Prepared
The WaterGuard and CleanSpace are installed and ready for action! The new floor will cover most of the drain, you'd barely know its there!
Systems Check
The TripleSafe is installed and set with a battery for the backup along with a SaniDry dehumidifier draining into the sump.

The new floor is set and the basement looks great! This home is prepared to take on the next rain storm that comes its way!
