Water Damaged Floor and Walls
In this photo, note the damage to the floor and walls where the water leaks in and collects. The base of the stairs may be the worst area of all.
TrenchDrain, WaterGuard and CleanSpace
In this photo, notice how much more aesthetically pleasing the walls are with the CleanSpace installed on the walls. CleanSpace serves as a vapor barrier and will keep leaking water from entering the basement through the walls. You will also notice drying concrete that was poured over the newly installed WaterGuard sub-floor drainage. The WaterGuard collects water and directs it to the sump pump to be discharged from the home. At the foot of the stairs you will also notice that a TrenchDrain has been installed. In the very right hand side of the photo, a part of the SuperSump Plus pump can be seen.
SuperSump Plus in Greenfield, MA
In the right side of this photo, you will see a newly installed SuperSump Plus pump. It will take the water that has been drained to it and push it out of the home via the discharge line.
