The owner of this home in West Roxbury, MA was having some water issues with seepage in one corner of the basement, interrupting his plans to finish the space. To help protect his basement and the future finished area from moisture, we added a TripleSafe sump pump with Waterguard to collect any seeping water. We also installed CleanSpace along the wall to create a vapor barrier, this will protect any drywall that goes up over the foundation wall.
