TripleSafe Sump Pump system is the heart of the system.
The ThermalDry Wall seen here on the basement walls, directs water seepage down into the WaterGuard system and over to the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The flooring is ThermalDry Tile- Parquet.

IceGuards allow water to escape in the event the discharge line freezes.
The two IceGuards are installed where the discharge line from the TripleSafe Sump Pumps come out of the house. The IceGuards lead to the exterior, buried discharge line. At the end of the line, a pop-up LawnScape outlet is installed.
