Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing in Norton, MA
In Norton, MA this home was dealing with some water leaking into their basement where part was finished and part was not. During the heavy rains the water would cover the floor and it was definitely a problem that needed fixing. With access to the bare walls in the finished area, we could install our Waterguard drain around the basement as well as a SuperSump Plus in the unfinished area. After the install is complete, walls can go back up in the finished area while still staying protected.
Pump Installed
The SuperSump Plus is installed in the corner of the unfinished part of the basement.
Waterproofing Tools
Around the hot water tank is a FloodRing to stop water if the tank leaked, also there's TrenchDrain by the doorway which will collect any water from the stairs going to the basement.
Drain System
In the finished area Waterguard is along the wall, it will collect any seepage and bring it to the sump pump.
