In this Greene, RI home flooding was a big problem, the whole floor would be covered with water! With the size of the basement and amount of water, this was going to be a big project but the homeowners were just tired of the flooding. For this basement we installed Waterguard drainage around the whole perimeter of the basement to collect water from everywhere. With it being a larger area they installed two sump pumps, a TripleSafe and a SuperSump, to pump out the large quantities of water coming in.

TrenchDrain

With devices in the basement that might leak or are tough to get around we use TrenchDrain that links with the rest of the drainage and collects water that could flow over it.

Perimeter Drain

Along the wall goes the Waterguard drain that links up with the sump pump.

Hidden Protection

Once the cement is dry, its hard to even notice the Waterguard, just a small opening right at the base of the wall.

Top Notch Safety

With the TripleSafe sump pump this basement has three levels of protection in just this one sump! One is a battery powered backup pump that will kick on if the home loses power.

Along the Ledge

With this ledge in the basement, Waterguard is able to still cover this section by resting below the floors surface but along the small ledge.
