After moving into this home about 6 months ago, our customer had already experienced water in the finished basement twice. She decided to have our crew demo the walls and install ThermalDry Wall to protect from water and moisture seepage on the walls. The ThermalDry Wall directs wall seepage into the WaterGuard system which leads to the SuperSump system. She was happy to be able to finish the basement again, and not have to worry anymore! This Walpole basement is now dry!

Also shown here is the wall that had ThermalDry Wall installed to keep moisture away from the inside of the basement.

WaterGuard Installation

The final step of the process is to put new concrete over the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system.

TrenchDrain

The TrenchDrain is shown here at the edge of the bulkhead door. This will guide the water to the WaterGuard.

Discharge Line Installed Underground

The new discharge line is installed underground. The crew buries a discharge line to get the water from the sump pump in the house away from the foundation.

Pop-up at End of Discharge Line

In level ground, the pop-up outlet is installed at the end of the discharge line. When water comes out of the house from the sump pump, it will push up the middle of this outlet and disperse in the lawn. When the water is not pumping, the lid sits flat.
