Flood Ring
A Flood Ring was installed around the appliances in the basement so that if it leaks, water will not disperse throughout the entire basement and will be directed to the basement waterproofing WaterGuard system.
Four IceGuards
The customer decided to have two SuperSump pump systems installed and added a Zoeller 1/2hp pump as a secondary pump to each system. This means 4 discharge lines coming out of the house with IceGuards installed under the deck.
Wet Drywall and Studs Were Removed
After receiving 4 inches of water throughout the basement, the wet drywall and some studs had to be removed. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the entire basement.
