This home in East Taunton, MA was having water issues in the basement where the cracks in the foundation would get moist after heavy rains. Knowing that moisture could lead to issues with the health of the home and themselves, the owners had a problem that had to be solved. For this home, we installed a full perimeter of Waterguard to capture the seepage as well as CleanSpace Wall to keep that moisture out of the basement and guide it to the Waterguard so it can go to the TripleSafe sump and get pumped out. We also installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to take care of any moisture in the air that could lead to a nasty mold problem.
Moisture Barrier
The perimeter of this basement is protected with Waterguard and CleanSpace to keep moisture out of the space and to the sump pump.
Drainage Options
For obstructions along the perimeter, or tanks that could leak, we have TrenchDrain that can go around and will catch water coming from either direction with its top grate.

The SaniDry dehumidifiers are self draining and can drain right into the sump pump! No need to lug buckets around to drain!
