Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Warwick, RI Basement Seepage Fix

These homeowners in Warwick, RI wanted to finish their basement but were still having issues with water seeping in along the wall. After scouring the web, they decided to call DryZone and set up a free estimate with one of our inspectors who were able to go to the home and take a look at the basement. During that visit, we were able to inspect the space and make a recommendation that fit their needs. DryZone recommended and installed Waterguard around the perimeter of the basement with our TrenchDrain in a few spots along that route. The TrenchDrain is a modified version of the Waterguard where the top is an open grate, so then water can fall into it from any side. It works great around water heaters and doorways, so that is still covered but can catch water coming down a bulkhead staircase or a leaking water heater before it goes to the rest of the basement.
