This basement in Sandwich, MA was suffering from a leaking basement after big rains and sought out help from DryZone to fix their problem so they could have dry basement no matter what the weather! After inspecting the basement, it became clear what this basement needed and we were going to work to make it a reality. Our team installed a full perimeter of our Waterguard drainage system that will catch water that seeps in and bring it to the SuperSump sump pump which will then push it through the discharge and out of the basement. To tackle any humidity trapped in the basement, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is put in place and will drain straight into the sump pump so there is no need to manually empty any tanks. Now that's a solution this family will love and can rely on to keep their basement dry!
Installing Waterguard
Around the Waterguard drainage piping, stone is added to filter the water and help prevent the system from clogging with dirt or sand.
Finishing Touches
Fresh concrete is added to seal in the Waterguard and create a seamless look to the basement floor.
TrenchDrain In and Ready
TrenchDrain is our grated drain that goes comfortably in front of doorways and basement appliances, it connects to the Waterguard system and can collect water from either side.
SuperSump with SaniDry Draining
Ths SaniDry dehumidifier is all set and will drain directly into the SuperSump sump pump where it will then be pushed out of the basement.
