Our crew removed the old insulation that was falling and definitely not helping this space. No worries, it will be replaced with new and improved insulation later.
TripleSafe, Triple the Protection!
The TripleSafe is our sump pump with three pumps all in one. There is two Zoeller sump pumps, one that works as the first main pump and one to backup the first in case it can't handle the water load. There is also a battery operated pump that will kick on in case of a power outage or if even more power is needed.
CleanSpace Up!
The CleanSpace here will create a vapor barrier that will protect the inside of the basement from any elements that might find there way in. Any moisture between the CleanSpace and the wall will be directed into the WaterGuard and out the basement.
New Floor
Instead of the dirt and rock floor it had before, now this basement has a new concrete floor that will create a nice seal.
Rim Joist insulation
Our spray insulation gets into the small spaces to ensure there is no room for the elements or pests and will help keep the air inside regulated with the dehumidifier.
