SuperSump
The SuperSump and UltraSump battery back up are in place. The CleanSpace Wall is affixed to the wall for any seepage.
IceGuard and Discharge 1
The discharge pipe is carrying the water that is pumped from the sump pump outside of the home.
Discharge 2
We keep the exterior discharge pipe tight to the side of the home. After discussing the discharge location with the homeowner-they agreed to let us cut the fence to install the exterior discharge
Discharge 3
The pipe leads to the lawn where the discharge is brought underground for the final step of the discharge process
Discharge 4
At the end of the pipe, at the agreed upon location, a LawnScape Outlet is installed. This particular style is designed to pop up when necessary to discharge the water and falls flush to the ground when it is not in use. It blends right in!
Damp Boiler Room
The unfinished side of the basement was getting water during heavy rain events such as storms and snow melt.
Tight to the Wall!
