Liz and Lee reached out to DryZone many years ago and met with Todd Lutinski to waterproof their basement. They had plans to grow their family and anticipated needing the extra space. With a wet basement, Liz and Lee knew they needed help before taking the plunge to finish. Well, three years later, they welcomed their first child and decided to have DryZone waterproof the basement. They have been dry ever since and plan to finish in the near future!

This is a 5 gallon bucket that was placed in a hole in the basement. It did not keep their basement dry!

Cleanspace Wall

The Cleanspace is put on the wall and tucked into the underground drainage system, WaterGuard to prevent any leaks from the wall. It will direct the water to the system and pump it out!

Clean

The Cleanspace is tight and flush to the wall. It is safer to finish with traditional methods when there is a vapor barrier in place.

TripleSafe with Battery

The TripleSafe is a three pump system that includes a battery back up. With three pumps in place, it can protect against pump failure, power outages or large volumes of water.

UltraSump

The UltraSump is the third pump in the TripleSafe system. This particular part of the system can be installed with a different sump model as well. The charging box shown here alerts the homeowner if the primary or secondary pump has failed.
