Existing Sump
This was the sump pump that was already installed in the basement before DryZone arrived. The floor around it is cracked and there is evidence that water was still entering the basement from the floor, making it damp.
Slab Floor
The floor was poured in multiple sections. It looks like it was assembled one piece at a time, creating gaps for water to come through
Ready for Concrete
We removed the sectional floor and laid down crushed stone, replaced the sump with our SuperSump and put down a plastic barrier.
Floor Pour Gear
Some of the gear our guys wear on floor pour days.
Pour Ready
Another area of the basement that is ready and waiting for concrete
Clean
The floor pour install team did a great job! The floor looks amazing!
Inspection Port
You can see the inspection port, which is part of the WaterGuard system. This makes it possible to check the system for clogs at a service appointment down the road
Concrete Floor
The concrete is poured and the crew smooths out air bubbles as the concrete sets. Its a long and tedious day but the results are unmatched!
