This garage was not used for their car but for storage. With a constant water issue, nothing of value could be stored there!
TrenchDrain
This grated drain is installed along the opening of the garage door, it will redirect any water that comes in from under the door
Sump Pump
The SuperSump is installed in the corner of the garage and discharged to the outside
IceGuard
The IceGuard on the outside of the house prevents water from freezing and backing up into the garage
Discharge to sewer drain
In this case, we drained the water to the sewer drain that sits in front of the garage.
