Drywell
This crack repair system usually drains the water to our WaterGuard system that gets carried out by a sump pump. In some instances we can create a drywell under your basement floor.
Final Product
First, the crack is filled with a sealant that acts as the cracks first line of defense. Next, the FlexiSpan foam drain strip is applied. This second step will stop any water that seeps through the first line of defense. In this case, it drains the water to the drywell. Finally, a tough, flexible and waterproof overlay is applied to the foam strip.
Precaution
As a precaution (although it is not necessary) we often install a strip of Cleanspace wall for extra protection
