WaterGuard and Sump Liner Positioned
WaterGuard and the sump liner are positioned and instructions are placed along the inspection ports so they do not get covered!
Grated Drain
You can see out TrenchDrain (a grated drain) that is positioned in front of the doorways. This would stop any water from entering the threshold of the basement.
Night Work
This installation was done at night as to not interfere with the builders. Special accommodations had to be made beforehand.
Close Up of the TripleSafe Sump Liner
The liner is in place, just waiting on electricity for the pumps!
Instructions for the Builders
A friendly reminder not to cover the inspection ports with concrete. The inspection ports in the WaterGuard make it so our technicians can flush the system during an annual maintenance check up
Months Later..
Months later, the floor is poured, walls are up and the home is almost ready to be occupied by the homeowners. A technician went in to put in the primary and secondary pumps and in this case the battery operated back up pump as well. He ran the discharge to the outside of the home. This set up is now a working, waterproofing system.
